Her wealth of experience in a previous role as a Business Manager, has developed her commerciality and ability to achieve and excel targets.
Joining the SGFR team in 2019, after two years of legal recruitment in Leeds, Georgia now specialises in recruitment of finance professionals. A friendly and energetic person, Gee (as she is known by her colleagues) has a natural ability of getting the best out of people and help them succeed.

Matt joined SG Financial Recruitment in 2019, after working in the fast-paced world of sales. Matt specialises in Practise Accountancy and has a strong network of local professionals within finance. With his warm, engaging style he has a natural ability to build rapport and understand candidates experience and motivations enabling him to match them with their perfect roles.
Karen is responsible for providing financial advice and support to the company directors and managers to enable them to make sound business decisions and ensure the smooth running of the business. By providing and interpreting financial information based within the company and its clients, Karen provides a clear strategy to move the business forward.
Fran is currently completing her Business & Administration Apprenticeship, she assists our Management Accountant with duties such as payroll as well as supporting the rest of the team with any level of administrative tasks, she really is the backbone to the teams success.
