JOB TITLE: Accounting Administrator (Italian Speaking)
SALARY: £19,000 pro rata
LOCATION: Willerby, HU10 6FE
TYPE: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
An Italian speaking Accounting Administrator is required for a global company, employing over 5000 people and are one of the world’s leading suppliers in their field.
As the Accounting Administrator, your role will be to process and check supplier invoices/statement reconciliation and deal with all invoice queries which arise. You will maintain the master records for the business ensuring integrity and accuracy of date. You will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and be responsible for;
To be the successful Accounting Administrator, you must be fluent in Italian, possess 4 GCSE’s of grade C or above, and be proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Word. Purchase Ledger experience would be preferred but is not essential. This role requires a focussed and results driven individual, with strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing them to develop strong customer partnerships, and integrate within the team.
